entering 2nd grade to entering 6th grade
Fitness camp focusing on strengthening the body and mind while promoting the fun of being active.
Games, relays, fitness stations, balance training, and activities that will improve their fitness levels, coordination, agility, endurance and strength. They will learn more about taking care of their bodies, improving flexibility and focus through yoga and about the connection of your body, mind and spirit.

Athletic conditioning and training camp focusing on strengthening the body and mind in a fun and positive environment.
Enhance overall athleticism and apply it to any sport or physical activity. Learn how to improve agility, quickness, coordination, endurance, speed, core strength and flexibility to increase athletic performance and fitness levels. Be challenged and have fun while also learning about body fitness, nutrition, injury prevention programs (PEP program) and the importance of the mind, spirit, and attitude in accomplishing physical goals.

Moorestown's Wesley Bishop Turf Field
The turf field and our low camper to coach ratio offer a better opportunity for more individualized attention and superior skills transfer. Campers work at field hockey skill and technique stations, field hockey training games, obstacle courses and daily
scrimmages while also improving agility, flexibility and core strength with a personal trainer. Daily discussions include being part of a team, the power of a positive attitude,
the importance of the mind in athletics, and maximizing your potential.
