Have your daughters join us for a fun and active class filled with games, relays, obstacle courses, fitness stations and activities that will improve their fitness levels, coordination, agility, endurance and strength. They will also learn to improve flexibility and focus through yoga and about the importance of the mind, spirit, and attitude in accomplishing physical goals. All while having lots of fun.

winter cross train and b fit Class

ages 11-16



Agility ladders, hurtles, body bars, balance equipment, core strength, gliding, medicine balls, reaction balls, kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, Bosu ball, flex bands, fitness tubes, jump ropes, hula hoops, scooters, mindfulness and confidence. We use this equipment and more to cross train the whole body and mind while having lots of fun.


Improve overall athleticism and apply it to any sport or physical activity. Focus on improving endurance, agility, coordination, speed, core strength and flexibility to enhance athletic performance and fitness levels. Be challenged while also learning about body fitness, nutrition and the importance of the mind, spirit, and attitude in accomplishing physical goals in a fun and positive environment.

GIRLS...WHY TRAIN ALONE?

      

Have some fun and get it done with like minded athletes. Small group personalized cross training for female athletes ages 13-18


Be stronger in body and mind to compete this Spring sports season. Cross train and improve agility, speed, endurance, core strength, reaction time, balance and flexibility to improve your game.


6 week training routine; Wednesdays beginning January 20th


Stick Tricks

grades 3-5 and grades 6-8

class size limited



Have some fun improving stick handling skills. Work on dribbling in all directions, receiving and moving the ball in one step, dodges, footwork, agility and hand/eye coordination drills. Girls will be making neuromuscular connections that will enhance their stick skills moving forward.


After this clinic, your daughters will be better prepared to execute a close dribble in control, stop the ball properly and move it in a specific direction and utilize reverse stick to dodge and dribble.


Girls must wear sneakers, shin guards and mouth guard. Bring their stick and a water bottle.


Held in the Roberts School Gymnasium

Grades 3-5: Fridays, January 8,22,29th 4:15 – 5:30 pm

Grades 6-8: Fridays, February 5,19,26th 4:15 – 5:30 pm
